Not only was it uplifting to look out the window and see Monroe High Schools stadium lights but also hearing the announcers voice of tonight's football game was incredible. Is it possible that I'm a character living out a science-fiction novel? Maybe a Twilight Zone series? Look, I know it's Halloween season and all, but tonight there was voodoo or paranormal activity going on. Please, allow me to explain.
I turn on the television hoping to find a scary movie to watch, and what I found was surreal. Root Sports was live at MHS filming the Bearcats under "Friday Night Lights". So there I was, watching myself watching the football game. Yeah, the camera man kept panning over the football field to the prison. This is where the Twilight Zone theme song should start playing.
