Wasup everybody? How y'all doing?
I hope this letter reaches you in the best of heart, mind, body, spirit & health.

It's Wednesday today, 3-9-16. I am happy to say that on Monday I recieved my food package my beautiful family ordered for me.
I got nothing but cocoa puff cereal, cinnamon toast crunch & a jar of Maxwell House coffee.

I also got a new book yesterday about how to survive after prison, I haven't looked at it really yet, I got plenty of othe reading to do first.

The rain is coming down so hard out there, the wind is pushing it sideways off the pavement. I It looks like a monsoon.

I started using the ab wheel yesterday, my stomach is pretty hard, but loose skin at the bottom is flabby so I am tightening it up. I love that ab wheel you can feel it working.
