Hello all my silent friends!! You've all probably worked out when your angry or upset. But have you ever done it because your experiencing pure joy?
Something happened to me the other day that made me so happy. I got to talk to someone I haven't spoken to since my incarceration. This makes me so entirely happy I can barely speak. So I did what any normal person would do, I worked out! I know that's not the traditional response, but that's what happened.
It was amazing, I never even acknowledged fatigue. I got on a stair climber, put my music on Beyonce and Ariana Grande and some Meghan Trainor, I even threw in some Eurythmics. We danced on that machine and I just smiled and smiled.
So challenge issued. You've done it angry, but I challenge you to try it happily. The boost is better, the endurance more and when your done your still energized for more.
