Can't Wait To Help!

In a class that I am being taught to teach there are three stages you have go through. This ensures your commitment and that you know the material. I am in the first stage. But, I am so excited and this particular class we have needed to step up out of our comfort zones and teach. At least I have.
Anyone who knows me knows that I have a real passion for goal setting. In fact, learning how to set my goals has been a big part of turning my life around. Not only am I passionate about it, I know that if men learn to set clear and concise goals they are more likely to accomplish them. A person who knows how to get his dreams has little room for practices that lead to prison.
So this week in class is goal setting. I jumped at the chance! I am so excited to teach these guys what I have learned from not only this program but personal experience too. I am equally excited to learn their techniques and strategies for planning and executing a plan. Usually, it's just knowing what you want in vivid detail. This is what learning something is all about, sharing it with those who want it.
I am really excited to do this and am nervous all at the same time. I will never grow as a man or a person if I don't exercise myself and learning to speak in public has always been a fear and I am blessed to say that phobia is quickly diminishing as my passion for people trumps any fears that may have been present.

Will update when it's done. I also have presentation coming up that is centered around inmates emotional and mental well-being. Another topic of personal interest.

Pray that I am effective and learn lots!

With Love
